I made some Avoca muffins. Anyone who has their dessert book will know everything is full of sugar and butter therefore a gazillion calories but oh so worth it! A girl I work with is going on maternity leave so I made raspberry muffins (pink) and blueberry muffins (blue) as she doesn't know what she is having!

While away I have been asking my husband to keep pulling over the car so I could take photos for my blog. He is great! This morning on way back he suggested going to Lough Key Forest Park and I got some photos of the birds on the lake. It was quite dark this morning so excuse the quality of the pictures.
