142/365 - 30 DAY CHALLENGE - Something sweet

My mint choc mousses I made were sweet and delicious. First time I made them and will definitely made them again. Would have had more mint if Derek hadn't kept munching on the Wiltons mint crisps I was using.

  2. It is 50g of choc and 1 egg per person. I used wiltons mint crisps but i think lindts mint choc would be fab for this. Separate the eggs and whisk the egg whites. Melt the choc then add in the egg yolks. Gentky fold in the egg whites and pour into glasses. Set in refrigator for a few hours.
